Out of 'Sync Lance Bass Tells You To Go To The Wrong Website To Sign Up For Obamacare

Obama appeared on Zach Galifianakis's show yesterday and it's beyond pathetic when the president of the United States has to go on a show like that in a desperate attempt to get people to sign up for his health care disaster.  Who is Zach Galifianakis and he has a show is what most people are saying.

Today it got even worse as Obama had Lance Bass come to the White House in a desperate attempt to get youth to sign up.  Youth he so desperately needs to keep Obamacare financially afloat.  Word from insiders is that Obamacare is catastrophically behind in signing up Americans for healthcare and is on the verge of collapse.

It doesn’t help though when  your so called celebrity spokesperson gives out the wrong website address to his fans.

Mysterious blast in New York Takes Down Two Buildings And Ignites Five-Alarm Blaze

Two buildings were leveled in a massive explosion Wednesday morning in New York’s East Harlem, igniting a five-alarm blaze. Nearly 20 people are reported injured.

The blast, believed to be caused by a gas leak according to news reports, happened around 9 a.m. on Park Avenue on 116th Street and claimed one structure that housed a piano repair shop with apartments above it, and a second building that housed a Spanish Christian church.

Thus far two deaths and at least 18 injuries have been reported by the FDNY, including four serious cases.

Hundreds of firefighters descended upon the area to fight the fire among the rubble and debris.

According to CBS New York, witnesses reported hearing a loud explosion—and Carmen Vargas-Rosa, who owns the church, said she smelled was a gaseous odor in the area on Tuesday night.

It remains unclear whether anyone was inside the buildings at the time of the blast. Several tenants were still unaccounted for.

According to CNN, New York utilities company Con Edison had been called to the area on Park Avenue between 114th and 116th streets to check a possible gas leak just before the explosion.

The Insurance Information Institute says standard property-insurance policies purchased by building owners, businesses and renters typically cover damage due to explosion, fire, smoke and building collapse. "Coverage could include damage to the buildings themselves, damage to the inventory of any businesses in the buildings, and to the personal possessions of renters as well as the cost of additional living expenses for those who are unable to live in their apartments due to the destruction," I.I.I. says in a statement.

Loretta Worters, I.I.I. vice president, expands upon the possible insurance scenarios, stating, "If they are renters, they will be covered by their renters insurance for personal property, if they have bought the coverage. If they own their condo or co-op, they will be covered for personal property as well as damage to the interior space of their home."

She says the condo association’s insurance might cover fixtures, wiring or plumbing "or it may only provide coverage from the bare walls and not what is behind them, so they’ll need to get a hold of the master policy at some point to understand what’s covered."

Regarding additional living expenses, covered by most renters and condo/co-op policies, Worters says insureds generally receive 20% of the insurance they have on their home. "Some insurers pay more than 20%; others limit additional living expenses to an amount spent during a specific time period," says Worters. "We advise people to keep all their receipts to document what they’ve spent."

For a business such as the piano shop that was located in one of the two buildings, Worters says business interruption would cover lost income, continuing operating expenses, and may include extra-expenses insurance to cover additional costs associated with remaining open during restoration or rebuilding.

However, Worters notes, "A lot of small businesses don't buy [business interruption]."

Other coverages triggered could include optional comprehensive coverage for automobiles damaged by the explosion, and workers' compensation for workers (Con Ed employees, Firemen, etc.) who are burned or injured by falling debris at the scene, Worters says.

ARMY RANGER RELEASED FROM PRISON, AFTER 5 YEARS, FOR SHOOTING AL QAEDA OPERATIVE

Army Ranger 1st Lieutenant Michael Behenna

On March 20th, 2009, Army Ranger 1st Lieutenant Michael Behenna was sentenced to 25 years in prison for killing Ali Mansur, a known Al Qaeda operative while serving in Iraq. Mansur was known to be a member of an Al Qaeda cell operating in the lieutenant’s area of operation and Army intelligence believed he organized an attack on Lt. Behenna’s platoon in April 2008 which killed two U.S. soldiers and injured two more. Army intelligence ordered the release of Mansur and Lt. Behenna was ordered to return the terrorist to his home.

During the return of Mansur, Lt. Behenna again questioned the Al Qaeda member for information about other members of the terrorist cell, and financial supporters. During this interrogation, Mansur attacked Lt. Behenna, who killed the terrorist in self-defense. The government subsequently prosecuted Lt. Behenna for premeditated murder.

Many feel Lt. Behenna acted to prevent further loss of life in his platoon, many feel it is demoralizing to the U.S. troops who continue to fight on behalf of the freedom and security of our nation.

Below is a brief recap of the relevant aspects of Lt. Behenna’s case.
  • September 2007: 1LT Michael Behenna deployed to Iraq for his first tour of combat.
  • April 21, 2008, Al Qa’ida operatives attacked LT Behennaʼs platoon. The
  • IED attack resulted in the death of two of LT Behennaʼs platoon members, two Iraqi citizens, and wounded two additional soldiers under LT Behennaʼs command.
  • May 5, 2008: Based on information from US Army intelligence, LT Behenna’s platoon detained known terrorist Ali Mansur at his home for the attack on LT Behennaʼs platoon. Mansur had illegal weapons and a passport indicating trips to Syria.
  • May 16, 2008: Without explanation, Army Intelligence ordered the release of Mansur.
  • LT Behenna, who lost two members of his platoon just weeks earlier, was ordered to transport Mansur to his home.
  • LT Behenna attempted a final field interview of Mansur prior to his release.
  • During the interview, Mansur attacked LT Behenna, and LT Behenna reacted to defend himself by firing two shots which killed Mansur.
  • July 2008: The U.S. Army charged LT Behenna with premeditated murder for the death of the Al Qa’ida operative and terrorist Ali Mansur
  • February 23, 2009: 1Lt. Behennaʼs trial begins.
  • Defense experts testify that Mansur was standing with his arm outstretched when shot.
  • On the evening of February 25th, prosecution expert witness Dr. Herbert MacDonell told the prosecution attorneys the only logical explanation for what happened was that Mansur had to be standing, reaching for LT Behennaʼs gun when he was shot. This contradicted the prosecution’s theory that Mansur was executed while seated on a rock.
  • On February 26th LT Behenna testified that while he was interrogating Mansur he turned his head towards his interpreter, and when he did, Mansur lunged for his gun. The LT fired a controlled pair of shots. This explanation was identical to what Dr. MacDonell told the prosecution team in a private meeting the night before.
  • During a recess after 1LT Behennaʼs testimony, Dr. MacDonell met with the prosecution team and told them again that the LT’s testimony was exactly what he had demonstrated to Prosecutors the day before and that the LT must be telling the truth. The prosecutors sent Dr. MacDonell home to New York. Leaving the courtroom, Dr. MacDonell told defense counsel he would have made a great witness for LT Behenna.
  • The defense counsel asked prosecutors if they have any exculpatory evidence about Dr. MacDonell, and the prosecutors denied possession of such evidence.
  • In the prosecution’s closing arguments they argued LT Behennaʼs testimony that Mansur was reaching for his gun was “impossible” based upon the evidence (despite knowing that their own expert witness had told him it was the only logical explanation.)
  • Later that Friday night a military panel of seven officers, none of whom had combat experience, convicted LT Behenna of unpremeditated murder and assault.
  • After LT Behenna was convicted, but before sentencing, Dr. MacDonell sent an email to the prosecution team requesting that the information provided in his demonstration be turned over to the defense.
  • A mistrial was requested by the LT’s defense counsel, but on March 20, 2009 the military judge denied both defense motions to declare a mistrial and to order a new trial.
  • LT Behennaʼs attorneys have exhausted his appeals through the military courts and are currently pursuing  a fair trial by petitioning the United States Supreme Court.
  • LT Behenna sentenced for  15-years in Ft. Leavenworth (the original 25 year sentence was reduced five years by the commanding General of 101st Airborne and the Army Clemency Board reduced it another five years.)
On Friday March 14, 2014 American POW 1st Lt. Michael Behenna who was tried and convicted of being a war criminal and has spent the last 5 years at Fort Leavenworth will be released as he has been paroled. Government JAG officers refused to allow their own forensic expert to testify that would have exonerated Michael Behenna.   His record will continue to show he committed unpremeditated murder and assault.

2012 Edward R Murrow Award Winner, Sharyl Attkisson Pushed Out By Liberals At CBS News

Sharyl Attkisson, whose coverage of the Fast and Furious gunrunning scandal won CBS Evening News an Edward R. Murrow Award in 2012, and also provided hard-hitting reporting on the September 2012 terrorist attacks on the U.S. facilities in Benghazi, Libya, announced her sudden departure from CBS on Monday afternoon in a post on Twitter: "I have resigned from CBS."

During an October 2013 report on CBS This Morning, Attkisson revealed a new weapons smuggling scandal surrounding the Obama administration that involved a grenade that was used to murder three police officers in Mexico. Several months earlier, in June 2013, the now former CBS correspondent revealed that her computer was hacked – something she had suspected for weeks:

"A cyber security firm hired by CBS News has determined through forensic analysis that Sharyl Attkisson's computer was accessed by an unauthorized, external, unknown party on multiple occasions in late 2012. Evidence suggests this party performed all access remotely using Attkisson's accounts."

Dylan Byers of Politico provided additional details of Attkisson's resignation in a Monday item on his blog:

Dylan Byers of Politico provided additional details of Attkisson's resignation in a Monday item on his blog:

CBS News investigative correspondent Sharyl Attkisson has reached an agreement to resign from CBS News ahead of contract, bringing an end to months of hard-fought negotiations, sources familiar with her departure told POLITICO on Monday.

Attkisson, who has been with CBS News for two decades, had grown frustrated with what she saw as the network's liberal bias, an outsized influence by the network's corporate partners and a lack of dedication to investigative reporting, several sources said. She increasingly felt like her work was no longer supported and that it was a struggle to get her reporting on air.

At the same time, Attkisson's own reporting on the Obama administration, which some staffers characterized as agenda-driven, had led network executives to doubt the impartiality of her reporting. She is currently at work on a book -- tentatively titled "Stonewalled: One Reporter's Fight for Truth in Obama's Washington" -- which addresses the challenges of reporting critically on the Obama administration....

Is Ben Carson Really A Conservative?

Ben Carson Right Angle Press Is He Conservative

Before conservatives jump on the bandwagon for  Dr. Ben Carson’s  you may want to review his expressed beliefs  on gun control.

Appearing on Glenn Beck‘s radio show this past week, Dr. Benjamin Carson took a vastly different stance from most conservatives on the issue of gun control, claiming you shouldn’t be able to own semi-automatic weapons in large cities.

When asked by Beck for his thoughts on the Second Amendment, Carson gave the popular pro-gun argument: “There’s a reason for the Second Amendment; people do have the right to have weapons.”

But when asked whether people should be allowed to own “semi-automatic weapons,” the doctor replied: “It depends on where you live.”

“I think if you live in the midst of a lot of people, and I’m afraid that that semi-automatic weapon is going to fall into the hands of a crazy person, I would rather you not have it,” Carson elaborated.

However, if you live “out in the country somewhere by yourself” and want to own a semi-automatic weapon, he added, “I’ve no problem with that.”
Ben Carson says he is not running for president but he is making the media rounds as if he is planning too.

Then there is a group raising money in case he heeds the call, Ben Carson for president. We promise you—for real and sure—if Ben Carson does not run for president, that group will not give anyone their money back. If you listened closely to the video, above, you heard Dr. Carson give a defense of that group, “they are building infrastructure in case I run.”

Male Gay Couple Sue To Force Churches To Do Gay Marriages

Barrie and Tony Drewitt-Barlow have launched a legal challenge to the right of churches to opt out of gay weddings.

Barrie and Tony Drewitt-Barlow have launched a legal challenge to the right of churches to opt out of gay weddings.

Millionaire gay couple the Drewitt-Barlows have confirmed they have launched a legal challenge to the right of churches to opt out of gay weddings.

In fresh comments published by the Chelmsford Weekly News in the U.K. today, Barrie Drewitt-Barlow said legal action had started.

“We’ve launched a challenge to the government’s decision to allow some religious groups to opt out of marrying same-sex couples," he said.

“We feel we have the right as parishioners in our village to utilize the church we attend to get married.
“It is no reflection on our local church, who have been nothing but supportive towards us. We understand their hands are tied by a higher group of people within the church.”

Earlier this month, Drewitt-Barlow said he and his civil partner, Tony, would go to court to force gay weddings on churches.

He said at the time, “The only way forward for us now is to make a challenge in the courts against the church.

“It is a shame that we are forced to take Christians into a court to get them to recognize us.”
He added, “It upsets me because I want it so much—a big lavish ceremony, the whole works. I just don’t think it is going to happen straight away.

“As much as people are saying this is a good thing, I am still not getting what I want.”

A government bill legalizing same-sex marriage in the U.K. cleared Parliament earlier this year, and the first same-sex weddings are expected in 2014.

The legislation allows churches to opt out of performing gay weddings, and it specifically protects the Church of England.

However, top human rights lawyer Aidan O’Neill says protection for the Anglican Church is “eminently challengeable” in court.

A copy of O’Neill’s legal advice was sent to the prime minister in January, but Mr. Cameron nevertheless proceeded with the legislation.

Girl Stoned To Death In Syria For Facebook Account. Sharia Law In Effect

Fatoum Al-Jassem, a young woman living in Syria, was hardly unusual in wanting to open a Facebook account—many young people do. With extremist factions in control there, however, that sociability proved fatal: She was brought before a Sharia court in the northern city of Ar Raqqah and sentenced to death by stoning, according to a report from the Arabic website Rai al-Youm. Her execution followed soon after.

Naturally, Sharia law doesn’t offer many provisions when it comes to the Internet, so the court had to get creative. The prevailing argument, quickly accepted, was that Al-Jassem’s activity on the website ought to be construed as a form of “Zina” or immoral behavior equivalent to adultery—a crime for which the penalty, among Islamist hardliners, is a gruesome, painful end at the hands of a frenzied, bloodthirsty mob.

ISIS, or Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, is the radical jihadist Sunni group responsible for the pretense of justice in the killing. Formed during the Iraq war, they pledged loyalty to al-Qaeda in 2004 and have been waging war against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad as well as government forces in Iraq, all while finding religious excuses to murder civilians who do not fit into their vision of a pure caliphate connecting the two countries.

Even al-Qaeda has renounced ISIS at this point, as their pitiless ideology has undermined efforts to establish a united front among Syrian rebels. The stoning of a blameless girl like Fatoum Al-Jassem represents exactly the myopic decision-making that will further alienate mainstream elements in the region. She shouldn’t have died, but her name may become a rallying cry among people resisting the brutality of those who consider themselves holy
